The Cottage Grove Crime Prevention Board could not accomplish its mission of supporting the Cottage Grove Police Department and educating citizens about crime prevention if not for the generous support of the citizens and businesses of Cottage Grove. You can support your Cottage Grove Crime Prevention Board by attending fun community events, purchasing merchandise, or making a tax deductable donation. Any support is greatly appreciated and used to make our community a safer place to live.
Attend Events
An easy and often fun way to learn about crime prevention and help support your Cottage Grove Police Department is to attend Cottage Grove Crime Prevention Board events. Throughout the year we host, sponsor, and participate in a number of events such as National Night Out, pancake breakfasts, parades, and workshops on current topics such as identity theft. Purchase Merchandise
Depending on the event or current initiative, we will occasionally sell items such as shirts or pins to raise awareness or funding. All profits for the proceeds go directly to the effort. We currently have the following items available for purchase:

Join the Crime Prevention Board
If you would like to be directly involved in supporting and promoting the partnership between the Cottage Grove Police Department and the citizens of Cottage Grove, and can spare some time each month to attend meetings and events, you should consider joining the Cottage Grove Crime Prevention Board. Any person of good character is eligible for membership and may apply for the board.
